¹ You will qualify and receive 8 bonus credits after your first purchase/first use of the card. First purchase/first use includes purchases, balance transfers, or any checks that are used to access your account, and excludes cash advances. One bonus credit will also be credited to your Rapid Rewards account for each $1,200 in balance transfers within the first 90 days from account opening, up to a maximum of 8 credits (or $9,600). Balance transfers are subject to a fee of 3% of the amount transferred with a minimum of $5. Southwest Airlines will issue a free roundtrip flight for every 16 Rapid Rewards credits accumulated during any consecutive 24-month period. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for bonus credits to post to your Rapid Rewards account. This one-time bonus offer is valid only for first-time Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards personal cardmembers. Existing Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards personal cardmembers are not eligible for this bonus offer.

² You will earn 2 Reward Dollars for each $1 of net purchases made directly with Southwest Airlines, including flight, inflight, southwestgiftcard, and Southwest Airlines Vacations package purchases. You will earn 2 Reward Dollars for each $1 of net purchases at participating Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Preferred Hotel and Rental Car Partners. You will earn 1 Reward Dollar for each $1 of all other net purchases. Each year you will receive 2,400 Reward Dollars (2 Rapid Rewards credits) after your Anniversary. ("Anniversary" means the year beginning with the date of your account opening through the first statement after the anniversary of the date of your account opening, and each twelve months thereafter.) Once you earn 1,200 Reward Dollars you will receive 1 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards credit. You do not earn Reward Dollars on balance transfers after the first 90 days from account opening, cash advances, any checks that are used to access your account, travelers checks, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account. ³ In certain circumstances, you may receive a Visa Classic card with different credit availability instead of a Visa Signature card. Some Classic card rewards and benefits are different from the Signature card rewards and benefits. Classic card rewards do not include the 2 Reward Dollars for each $1 of net purchases at participating Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards Preferred Hotel and Rental Car Partners or the 2,400 Reward Dollars (2 Rapid Rewards credits) each year after your Anniversary. Classic card benefits include the bonus offer(s) described in this offer. The Classic card and Signature card have annual fees of $39 and $59, respectively. Each charge that causes your balance to exceed your revolving credit access line will be evaluated based on your account spending and payment history and your experience with other creditors. We reserve the right to decline an authorization request for any transaction at any time for any reason. We also may request additional information from you at any time to evaluate a transaction request or your use of the Account generally.
